Our History
Reinforcement Unlimited, LLC has been serving children and adolescents with clinical and behavioral needs in Georgia since 1996. We specialize in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Evaluation services. Our Clinic-based ABA services are focused on teaching positive behaviors to young children on the Autism Spectrum. Evaluation services include comprehensive diagnostic psychological evaluations on issues related to Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental disabilities, behavioral issues, verbal behavior, and other child and adolescent issues. We work directly with adults to improve the opportunities for children and adolescents to learn in safe and positive environments. We also provide critical review and consultation on existing programs regarding their effectiveness and whether they meet professional standards. We also provide staff training, workshops, associated training on issues relating to ABA, Autism, Aspergers, and a host of other child & adolescent issues.

Our mission is to improve the quality of the lives of the children with whom we work. In order to achieve our goal we focus on positive programs drawing from both traditional clinical and behavioral treatments modified and adapted for use in today’s most demanding situations.
Our Passion
Our passion at Reinforcement Unlimited, LLC is to improve the lives of children by using scientifically validated procedures. In each consultation our focus is on making behavioral and educational change recommendations in order to significantly improve the quality of life of the child and those involved in the child’s life. In addition we provide individual assessments and evaluations, training and consultation for individual children who exhibit limited skill repertoires and/or severe problem behavior. We also conduct workshops and individualized training sessions for parents, teachers, trainers, psychologists, SLPs, and administrators nationwide. We are now offering Mentoring or Supervision toward meeting the requirements for Board Certification in Behavior Analysis.

Robert W. Montgomery, PH.D.

Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Robert Montgomery has decades of experience working with diverse populations across a range of settings. His experience is truly with the developmental process of the person – having trained in and worked with people from toddlers to geriatrics. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Georgia State University, completed Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center & Jackson VAMC, and completed a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychology at the Georgia Mental Health Institute. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral, Certified Cognitive Therapist, as well as traditional licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Montgomery has served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Science in Autism Treatment. He also served on the original American Psychological Association Task Force on Empirically Validated Treatments, on the Alabama Behavior Analysis Peer Review Committee, and as Chair of the Clinical Behavior Analysis Interest Group of the Association for Behavior Analysis International . He has published in a variety of professional journals on such applied topics as compliance training, medication effects on developing brains, reduction of aggression, and overcorrection. He has also taught clinical and behavioral courses at Argosy, Auburn, and Georgia State Universities. Dr. Montgomery is currently licensed as a psychologist in Georgia and the first ACE provider for the Behavior Analysis Certification Board™ in Georgia. Behavioral Neuroscientist
Dr. Christine Montgomery has over fifteen years experience working with students in a variety of settings. Her clinical experience includes certification as a Cognitive Therapist, working with students with hearing impairments, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity disorders, head injuries and neurologically-based disabilities, and a range of learning disabilities. She has extensive experience assessing children and adolescents across environments, including at home, in school, and in various medical settings (e.g., Univ of MS Medical School, Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital, etc.). Dr. Montgomery has published in several professional journals on a variety of issues. Her dissertation was in the area of Learning Disabilities, with a focus on Reading, and her doctorate is in Behavioral Neuroscience from Georgia State University. Dr. Montgomery is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral. Dr. Montgomery routinely volunteers at several local schools.
