Robert W. Montgomery, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral

Dr. Robert Montgomery has over two decades of  experience working with diverse populations across a range of  settings. His experience is truly with the developmental process of the person having trained in and worked with people from toddlers to geriatrics.  He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral as well as traditional licensed clinical psychologist.  Dr. Montgomery has  served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Science in Autism Treatment.  He also served on  the original American Psychological Association Task Force on Empirically Validated Treatments, on the Alabama Behavior Analysis Peer Review Committee, and as Chair of the Clinical Behavior Analysis Interest Group of the Association for Behavior Analysis.  He has published in a variety of professional journals on such applied topics as compliance training, medication effects on developing brains,  reduction of aggression, and overcorrection. He has also taught clinical and behavioral courses at Argosy, Auburn, and Georgia State Universities. Dr. Montgomery is currently licensed as a psychologist in Georgia and is one of only two ACE providers for the Behavior Analysis Certification Board™ in Georgia.  His entire c.v. is available for download in Adobe Acrobat pfd format.

Christine Rogers Montgomery, Ph.D.
Behavioral Neuroscientist
Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral

Dr. Christine Montgomery has over fifteen years experience working with students in a variety of settings. Her clinical experience includes certification as a Cognitive Therapist, working with students with hearing impairments, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity disorders, head injuries and neurologically-based disabilities, and a range of learning disabilities. She has extensive experience assessing children and adolescents across environments, including at home, in school, and in various medical settings (e.g., Univ of MS Medical School, Scottish Rite Children's Hospital, etc.). Dr. Montgomery has published in several professional journals on a variety of issues. Her dissertation was in the area of Learning Disabilities and her doctorate is in Behavioral Neuroscience from Georgia State University.  Dr. Montgomery is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral level.

Joseph L. Cermak, M.S.
Associate
Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Mr. Cermak received his masters degree in Behavior Analysis, from the University of North Texas in 2005.  He has extensive experience teaching behavior analysis at the university level and in teaching new behavior analysis graduate students how to teach behavior analysis.  He has provided in-home ABA services to children on the autism spectrum with the Wisconsin Early Autism Project.  In addition to his experience working in home-based programs, Joe has experience working with children and adolescents in center-based programs and consulting to schools.  He also routinely conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for parents and schools.  Mr. Cermak currently co-teaches our Parent Verbal Therapist 10-week seminar series and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Jennifer Iroff, M.S.

Ms. Iroff received her masters degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism and Behavior Analysis from Georgia State University.  She has extensive experience implementing Verbal Behavior Analysis programs with children in public schools, and in in-home programs.  She has worked with us at Reinforcement Unlimited for over 4 years first as a line therapist, then as our Senior Therapist, and now in the capacity of Associate.  Prior to coming to Reinforcement Unlimited Ms. Iroff worked in a variety of Autism treatment settings and was a classroom teacher.  Ms. Iroff has supervised and trained classroom staff in the use of ABA for reduction and acquisition programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.  Ms. Iroff is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
